Riga Stock Exchange Management Board resolved on its meeting of December 30, 2004 on listing 

of 38,555  “Akciju komercbanka “Baltikums”” bearer bonds with total nominal value EUR 

3,855,500 on the RSE Bond List from January 4, 2005. The bonds mature on December 29, 2006, 

and coupon is 3.5% + 6-month EURIBOR. Trading code is BABBFLOT06.



Total “Akciju komercbanka “Baltikums”“ bonds issue value is EUR 5,000,000.
