Additional AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” shares to be listed on the RSE



21,000 AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” shares will be listed on the Riga Stock Exchange on January 

10, 2005 



RSE Management Board resolved on its meeting of January 5, 2005 to list additional 21,000 

JSC “Latvijas Krājbanka” voting bearer shares (nominal value LVL 1) on the Riga Stock Exchange 

Free list. 



The additional shares are the result of converting identical number of registered non-voting 

shares (Management Board reserve) to bearer voting shares. This is the resolution of the 

company shareholders. 



Subsequent to the listing of the additional shares, the total number of listed “Latvijas 

Krājbanka” shares will be 9,106,412.
