The Supervisory Board of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS has 5 members



Since 8 January this year the Supervisory Board of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS 

consists of 5 members because Indrek Vanaselja, Member of the Board, died.



According to the Charter the Supervisory Board consists of 3 to 6 members.

According to the Stock Exchange rules the supervisory board of a listed 

company should include at least two members not connected with a shareholder 

having more than 30% of shares. Both regulations are fulfilled by the present 

membership of the Supervisory Board.



The Chairman of the Supervisory Council is Andres Järving. Other Members

connected with the major shareholder are Jüri Käo and Enn Kunila. The Members 

not connected with the major shareholder are Meelis Milder and Gunnar Kraft.
