JSC "NORD/LB Latvija" becomes a major shareholder of "NORD/LB Fondi"



Financial and Capital Market council today approved “NORD/LB Latvija" acquiring a major holding 

in "NORD/LB Fondi". Thus “NORD/LB Latvija" has become a holder of 75% or 112,500 shares in 

"NORD/LB Fondi"; "Seesam Life Latvia" will continue to hold the remaining 25%.
