JSC “OT Grupa” refinancing the loan



JSC “OT Grupa” currently is refinancing the loan from “Latvijas Unibanka” and processing the 

documents. As reported earlier, “OT Grupa” as of January 17, 2005 had to repay  EUR 5,099,919 

to the bank, plus penalty for delay. January 31, 2005 is the deadline for repayment.	

The company will not provide a more detailed information on the subject, since it is a commercial 

secret.
