TRADING IN KALEV SHARES



After registration of increase in AS Kalev share capital with Business 

Registry and re-registration of 15,755,000 bonus issue shares of AS Kalev 

with Estonian CSD, the mentioned shares will be transfered from shortname 

KLV2T to shortname KLV1T as of today, 01.02.2005.



Thus, altogether 23,632,500 ordinary shares of AS Kalev (ISIN: EE3100002460) 

will be traded on the TSE I-List under common shortname KLV1T as of today, 

01.02.2005.
