Amendments of Lat Reserve Fund Prospectus and Management By-Laws



Financial and Capital Market Commission has registered amendments to the 

prospectus and management by-laws of open-end investment fund Lat Reserve Fund 

(LRF) on December 29, 2004.



The prospectus and management by-laws of LRF were revised due to amendments of 

the Investment Management Companies Law. The amended management by-laws of LRF 

take effect on January 8, 2005. The amended prospectus of LRF becomes effective 

on January 29, 2005.



The prospectus and management by-laws of LRF are published on the internet pages 

of Riga Stock Exchange (www.rfb.lv) and AS IPS “Optimus Fondi” (www.optimus.lv).
