Amendments of  Parex Baltic Real Estate fund Prospectus 



The Financial and Capital Market Commission has registered amendments to the 

prospectus of close-end investment fund Parex Baltic Real Estate Fund (PBREF)

on February 4, 2005. The changes will be effective as of March 4, 2005. 

The amendments in the prospectus authorise the Fund manager  to invest in 

derivative financial instruments in order to realize profits. These changes 

have no impact on the investment portfolio of the fund and the fund’s investors. 

The prospectus of PBREF (in Latvian) is published on the internet pages of Riga 

Stock Exchange (www.omxgroup.com/riga) and AS “Parex ieguldījumu pārvaldes 

sabiedrība” (www.parex.lv).
