PROCEDURES FOR LISTING KLEMENTI SHARE ISSUE



In accordance with the documents received on 09.02.2005, the Tallinn 

Stock Exchange (TSE) started the procedures for listing 50,000 additional 

shares of AS Klementi on the TSE Investors' List. As of 15.02.2005, 

1,896,875 shares of AS Klementi are listed on the TSE Investors' List.

 

TSE will publish the resolutions of the TSE Listing and Surveillance 

Committee made during the listing procedure.
