JSC “Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca” EGM to convene in Daugavpils



JSC “Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca” EGM scheduled on March 2, 2005 (and  repeated meeting scheduled 

on March 17, 2005) will convene at the company premises 17 Višķu Street, Daugavpils, at 11:00, 

on the said dates. The registration procedure and timeframe is the same as announced earlier. 

The deadline for blocking shares for the repeated meeting is end of business day of March 11. 

Draft resolutions are made available to the shareholders for inspection till March 1 (till March 

17 for the repeated meeting) on business days between 9:00 and 16:00, at the address 17 Višķu 

Street, Daugavpils, Reception, or at Registration on the meeting days.

Proposals or additions on the agenda items will be welcome within seven days after this notice 

has been published by the RSE.
