About extraordinary GM of shareholders of JSC “Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca” 



The declared extraordinary full stockholders’ meeting of public joint-stock 

company ‘’Ditton Driving Chain Factory’’ 02.03.2005. has not taken place 

because of lack of quorum that is determined in the Charter of a society 

(item 6.2.7.) and in Commercial law of Latvian Republic (clause 275). 

·	total amount of the blocked shares is 1 659 527 shares or 22,43 % from 

amount of voices of shareholders;

·	in conformity with results of registration actually 852 157 or 11,52 % 

from amount of voices of shareholders have taken part in the meeting.

Being based on above mentioned the Board informs about repeated calling of  

extraordinary full shareholders’ meeting of a society on March, 17, 2005. Conditions 

for participation in shareholders’ meeting, the order and formalities are determined 

in the message on calling of extraordinary shareholders’ meeting (in the newspaper 

‘’Latvijas Vēstnesis’’ Nr. 16 (3174) from 28.01.2005. and Nr. 33 (3191) from 

25.02.2005.).
