JSC “OT Grupa” comments on a publication in the newspaper “Dienas Bizness”



JSC “OT Grupa” confirms the information published on March 3 in the newspaper “Dienas Bizness” 

with the regard to transfer of “OT Grupa” property to “LATEKO Līzings”. This fits in the 

framework of financial restructuring undertaken by the company: liability has been transformed 

into a leasing, therefore, requiring a respective entry in the Landbook.
