Management Improvement of Ventspils Nafta Termināls



In order to improve the management structure of the daughter 

company of the joint stock company Ventspils Nafta viz. 

Ventspils Nafta Termināls; and bring up the efficiency of 

Ventspils Nafta Termināls’ management, today, March 3rd, 

the Council of Ventspils Nafta as the Participant in the 

Ventspils Nafta Termināls has decided to introduce respective 

changes both in the Charter and the Board of Ventspils Nafta 

Termināls.



From now on in accordance with the changes in the Ventspils 

Nafta Termināls’ Charter the Board of the Company consisting 

previously of five Board members will include only one member 

who will be the Director General of Ventspils Nafta Termināls 

at the same time. The same post as before will be taken 

by Rolands Kalniņš.
