“Parex banka” bonds to be listed on the RSE Bond list



RSE Management Board resolved on its meeting of March 9, 2005 to list on March 17, 2005 on the RSE Bond 

list 50,000 bearer bonds issued by JSC “Parex banka” and placed till March 1, 2005. Nominal value is 

LVL 100; total issue value is LVL 5,000,000; ISIN code LV0000800274, maturity on March 4, 2008, annual 

coupon rate 4.25%. 

The issue prospectus was registered with the Financial and Capital Market Commission on February 4, 2005, and
