Latvijas Hipotēku un zemes banka decides to reduce issue amount of mortgage bonds



On 9 March 2005 acting in accordance with Article 3.1.4. of the Issue Prospectus of 

the AM Series Mortgage Bonds, the Board of the Mortgage Bank decided to reduce the 

issue amount of the AM series mortgage bonds (ISIN code LV0000800159) from 

LVL 7,000,000.00 (seven million lats) to LVL 3,862,400.00 (three million, eight 

hundred and sixty-two thousand, four hundred lats) on the grounds of incomplete 

primary placement of the AM series mortgage bonds (Minutes No 15).
