Jānis Leimanis, a shareholder of “Rīgas Ostas elevators”, has submitted to the 

company management board a proposal to add one more agenda item for the AGM of 

April 19, 2005: Listing of “Rīgas Ostas elevators” on a regulated market and 

going public.
