PROCEDURES FOR LISTING SHARES OF AS TALLINNA VESI



In accordance with the documents received on 05.04.2005, the Tallinn Stock 

Exchange (TSE) started the procedures for listing 20,000,000 shares of 

AS Tallinna Vesi on the TSE Main List.

 

TSE will publish the resolutions of the TSE Listing and Surveillance 

Committee made during the listing procedure.
