ADDING WATCH NOTATION TO HANSAPANK SHARES



The management board of Tallinn Stock Exchange decided today, on April 7, 2005:



1. To add a watch notation to the shares of AS Hansapank proceeding from article 

3.5.4.5. of chapter Supervision of the Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) Rules and 

Regulations.



2. To add the following text as a ground to the watch notation of AS Hansapank:



"Swedbank made a cash offer for acquiring all shares of AS Hansapank. The offer 

period began on March 1, 2005 and ended on April 4, 2005.



On April 6, 2005 Swedbank published the results of the offer, stating that the 

shares that will be acquired as a result of the Offer, the shares already owned 

by Swedbank, and the shares awaiting settlement represent in total 98.1 per cent 

of all the shares and votes of AS Hansapank.



Swedbank has previously stated in media that it intends to delist AS Hansapank 

from TSE. Thus, considering the circumstances, there exists a possibility for 

commencement of the delisting procedure within the following six (6) months as 

stipulated in article 3.5.4.5 of the chapter Supervision of TSE Rules".
