Draft resolutions of JSC “Kurzemes atslēga 1” AGM



1.	To approve the audited balance sheet total as of December 31, 2004 LVL 1,419,344.

2.	To distribute 2004 net profit:

1) to pay LVL 4590.72 in dividends (LVL 0.005 per share). Record date is September 23, 2005.

2) to retained profit LVL 11,466.69 undistributed.

3.	Not to raise any claims to Management Board members, Supervisory Board members and 

certified auditors about their operations in 2004.

4.	To elect Aivars Rutkis a certified auditor (license #18).

5.	To set the certified auditor’s fee LVL 646.52.
