Russian Representative in the LatRosTrans’ Council Changed





Today, April 8, 2005 the Ventspils Nafta’s daughter company 

LatRosTrans’ Meeting of Participants has re-elected the Council 

of LatRosTrans. Transnefteprodukt’ vice-president Konstantin 

Shein has been elected instead of Ilduss Ishmoukhametov, 

the former representative of the Russian owner – the 

joint stock company Transnefteprodukt.



The new Council member’s re-election to replace I.Ishmoukhametov 

in accordance with the provisions of Commerce Law has 

required re-electing the entire Council. Apart from the one 

new member the rest of the Council remained unchanged.



The LatRosTrans’ Council is including right now the 

following members Jānis Blaževičs, Nikolai Dovgalyouk, 

Konstantin Shein, Laimonis Junkers, Rolands Kalniņš, Vladimirs 

Krastiņš, Viktor Ligalov, Olga Pētersone. The Chairman of the 

Council is Vladimirs Krastiņš and Deputy Chairman is Viktor Ligalov.
