THE RESULTS OF A-SELVER FOR Q1 2005



The unaudited gross sales of A-Selver, 100% subsidiary of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS,

for the 1st Quarter 2005 were 405.8 million kroons (25.9 million euros), showing

an increase of 25 per cent over the same period last year when the sales were

324.1 million kroons (20.7 million euros).



The increase in sales per square meter of sales area amounted to 13 per cent in

the 1st Quarter. The main source for the good result was the increase in number

of new customers.



The number of purchases in Selver chain was 3.1 million, growing 16 per cent over

the last year.
