AS “Valmieras stikla šķiedra” Supervisory Council proposes 0.037 LVL dividends per share



On Friday, April 15, the Supervisory Council of the JSC Valmieras stikla skiedra 

approved the Annual Report 2004, audited by Deloitte&Touche, with sales of LVL 26.77 million 

and a net profit of LVL 1.955 million.



The Supervisory Council will propose the AGM of shareholders to distribute 45% of net 

profit or LVL 879,752 in dividends, which is LVL 0.037 per share or 75% more than 2004 

was distributed for the results of 2003. Net profit per share has reached LVL 0.082 

in 2004. The Supervisory Council approved June 3, 2005 as the AGM date.



During the 1st quarter 2005, JSC Valmieras stikla skiedra has made a profit of LVL 706,800; 

income from products sold reached LVL 8.1 million, which exceeds budget by 0.4% and the 

result of 3 months 2004 by 16.6%.
