About JSC Grindeks shareholders' preemptive rights for the new share issue 



JSC Grindeks shall on May 10, 2005 request a/s Latvian Central Depository 

of securities (LCD) to prepare in accordance with the LCD Regulations No. 7 

On Determination of Holders of Financial Instruments the complete ledger of 

shareholders of a/s Grindeks at  the date of its Annual General Meeting of 

shareholders on May 18, 2005, in order to secure the use of shareholders' 

preemptive right subject to approval of a new issue of shares.
