INTEREST PAYMENT ON BONDS



AS Fenniger shall on 27 May 2005 pay on its Bonds listed on the Tallinn

Stock Exchange (FENB060007) interest EUR 150 per each bond.



Interests shall be paid to investors who according to the information of Estonian

Central Register of Securities are the owners of the Bonds on the day before

interest payment day, i.e. at 8:00 on 26 May.

Interest payments will be made to the investors in euros.

Interests will be paid to the bank accounts related to the securities accounts of

the persons entitled to the interest payment by 14:00 on 27 May, the latest.

The issuer will not withhold any income tax on the interest paid on the Bonds.
