Increase of Lithuanian asset management subsidiary's share capital



Lithuanian Hansabankas' Board approved the investment of LTL 3 million (EUR 0.9

million) to the Lithuanian asset management company UAB Hansa Investiciju

Valdymas shareholders' equity. Of the said amount LTL 2 million is formed by

share capital increase and LTL 1 million by share premium. The company's share

capital will increase to LTL 3.8 million (EUR 1.1 million) as a result.
