NEW SELVER STORE IN TARTU



On May 17, 2005 AS A-Selver, daughter company of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS, concluded

a lease agreement with a real estate developer Fausto Invest OÜ for operating a

new supermarket in Vitamiini street 1 in Tartu. The planned sales area for new

Selver is 1500 sq m and the total lease area is 2200 sq m. According to the

initial schedule the new Selver will be opened in December 2005.
