Decisions of OAO Kvest Bank's Council





The new Council of OAO Kvest Bank that convened on 18 May 2005 decided on the

following:



 - to elect Erkki Raasuke as the Chairman of the Council.



 - to approve the submission of the documents to the Central Bank of Russia (CBR)

to elect Lauri Reinberg the Deputy Chairman of the Bank's Board.



 - to approve the submission of the documents to the CBR to elect Alexandr Volkov

the Member of the Bank's Board.



Additional information about Aleksandr Volkov.

Aleksandr Volkov is the new head of operation division of OAO Kvest Bank. From

2003-2005 he was the the head of Moscow branch network management department in

Guta bank. Over the years 2001-2003 he worked as the chief specialist in Alfa

bank's product development division.
