Application to delist Hansabank shares



AS Hansabank Council decided during its regular meeting on 24 May to terminate

the listing of AS Hansapank shares on Tallinn Stock Exchange, and to assign the

Board to submit the written application for termination of listing of AS

Hansapank shares to the listing body of Tallinn Stock Exchange after the

extraordinary general meeting on 30th of May 2005.
