On 2 March, 2000 AB Ūkio Bankas terminated the distribution of a new share

issue for additional contributions. Share issue was not distributed fully.

1058999 shares for LTL 12.707.988,00 were distributed out of a new share

issue worth LTL 24m. The factual number of the distributed shares and

amendments to the Articles of Association regarding the increase of the

authorized capital to LTL 72,707,988.00 will be presented for approval to

the general shareholders’ meeting of 21 March, 2000.
