CONVOCATION OF A GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING



On 23 March, 2000 the sitting of the Board of AB Lietuvos Dujos decided to

hold a general meeting of AB Lietuvos Dujos shareholders at 1pm, on 27

April, 2000. The meeting will take place at the company’s headquarters at

24 Aguonų St, in Vilnius.

On the agenda:

1) report of the Board on the company’s activity in 1999;

2) report of audit on financial statements;

3) approval of financial statements of 1999.
