CHANGE OF THE MEMBERS OF THE BOARD



Company's new Board was formed.

Jurgis Vilemas, academician and  the head of Energy Institute,  was

appointed Chairman of the Board.

The following persons were appointed members of the Board: Rūta Skyrienė,

bank's deputy manager; Gintautas Bartkus, lawyer from lawyers' office

Lideika, Petrauskas, Valiūnas and Partners; Michael Kramer, representative

of AB Vattenfall; Arvydas Strumskis, representative of Scandinavian Baltic

Development. Arūnas Keserauskas was elected the company's Director General.
