IMPORTANT JUDICIAL PROCESSES



Panevźžys District Court was presented a civil case with regard to the suit

of public enterprise "State Property Fund"  concerning the acknowledgement

of the decision of AB Linas extraordinary general shareholders' meeting,

held on 22 June, 1999, invalid;

also concerning the increase of the authorised capital of AB Linas by LTL

2,648,386 out of the company's reserves by issuing 2, 648, 386 ordinary

registered shares with nominal value of LTL 1.00 and by transmitting them

to the state.



The case will be heard in Panevźžys district court on 10 February, 2000.
