ACQUISITION OF A BLOCK OF CORPORATE  SHARES



On 18 February, 2000 the competition council of the Republic of Lithuania

allowed AB Utenos Trikotažas to acquire 100% share block of AB Šatrija.

AB Utenos Trikotažas won the public auction called by the state company

State Property Fund. The auction regarded selling of the State Property

Fund owned shares. AB Utenos Trikotažas payed the initial contribution and

signed minutes No533934 for purchasing shares of AB Šatrija.
