DIVIDEND PAYMENT PROCEDURE



The general meeting of AB Klaipėdos Baldai shareholders decided to pay 5%

dividends of the authorised capital value.

Dividends shall be paid pursuant to the following procedure:

1) Originals of applications shall be sent to the company. The applications

should contain the following data:

Name and surname of a shareholder (for natural persons); title (for legal

entities);

Number of shares held;

Personal number (for natural persons); company code (for legal entities);

Address and phone number;

Settlement account No, name of the bank and bank code;

Dividends shall be transfered to the settlement account within 10 days after

receiving of the application.

2) From May 16, 2000 dividends for natural persons will be paid every Tuesday

at the company’s cash desk on presentation of the passport.
