ADOPTED DECISIONS OF A GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING



On 27 April 2000 a general meeting of AB Lietuvos Dujos shareholders

took place. At the meeting it was decided to:

1) approve report of the Board on company’s activity in 1999;

2) take into consideration conclusions of audit when approving financial

statements for 1999;

3)  approve financial statements for 1999. In 1999, net loss of

AB Lietuvos Dujos accounted for LTL 13496501.

4)  approve a project of profit (loss) appropriation. Loss for the year

1999 is carried to the year 2000.
