ADOPTED DECISIONS OF A GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING



On 28 April 2000, a repeated general meeting of AB Grigiškes shareholders

took place. At the meeting the following decisions were adopted:

1) report of the Board on company’s activity in 1999 was approved;

2) report of the auditor was heard

3) the company’s financial statements for 1999 were approved;

4) appropriation of profit (loss) for 1999 was approved;

5) the Board was authorised to dispose of the company’s real estate

   exceeding 1/20 of the value of the company’s authorised capital.
