ISSUER’S TRIAL PROFIT/LOSS ACCOUNT FOR THE 1SR Q. OF 2000



On 28 April 2000, the Board of AB Vilniaus Vingis approbated results of

economic and financial activity for the first quarter of 2000. Sales of

goods accounted for LTL 29.6m, profit made up LTL 3.1m, which is 5.2 times

 more than in the first quarter of 1999.
