REGARDING MEMBERS OF THE BOARD



On 9 May 2000 at the sitting of the Supervisory Board it was decided to

supplement the Board of the bank. Vitalijus Rancev, head of the Branch

Management Division, and Zita Selenkovienė, chief financial officer, were

elected members of the bank’s Board.
