CONVOCATION OF A GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING



At 2pm, on 15 June (Thursday) 2000. an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting

will take place in room 802 of the administrative building of

AB Alytaus Tekstilė (1 Pramonės St., LT-4580, in  Alytus).

On the agenda:

1) regarding mortgaging of real estate;

2) recall of the auditing company;

3) election of the auditing company and establishment of terms of payment

   for audit services.
