CONVOCATION OF A GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING



On 14 July, 2000 the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting will take place

at the premises of SPAB Stumbras (7 K.Bûga St., Kaunas).

On the agenda:

1) increase of the authorised capital;

2) amendments to the Articles of Association;

3) election of the Supervisory Board.
