INFORMATION REGARDING REORGANISED PUBLIC COMPANY



On 8 August 2000, following Order No 474 of the Register Service of Kaunas, AB

Kauno Energija (147 Taikos Pr., 3031 Kaunas) and its Articles of Association

were registered due to the change of the company’s status. AB Kauno Energija

was reorganised from a special purpose public company Kauno Energija registered

on 22 August 1997, registrar order No 513. Articles of Association were

registered with the reduced authorised capital (the authorised capital equalles

LTL 119 388 114 and is divided into 19 898 019 shares at LTL 6par.
