REGISTRATION OF THE AMENDMENTS TO THE COMPANY’S STATUTES



On 23 August 2000, the amendments to the Statutes of AB “Lietuvos Telekomas”

were registered in the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Lithuania.

The amendments are related to the conversion of the employees’ shares into

ordinary registered shares.
