On September 5, 2000 a general shareholders’ meeting of AB ''Lietuvos

energija'' will be held. The meeting is to begin at 10 a.m.

 The complimented agenda is as follows:

1. On indebtedness of the Byelorussia state energy concern “Belenerg''

2. On the increase of the authorised capital of AB ''Lietuvos energija''.

3. On the decrease of the authorised capital of AB ''Lietuvos energija''.

4. On annulment of the state-owned shares.

5. Other current issues.
