THE COURT DECISIONS



Pursuant to the Resolution of 12 September 2000, the Appeal Court of the

Republic of Lithuania dismissed the appeal from the State property Fund and

left in force the decision of Panevëþys District Court as of 8 June

2000 which dismissed the action of the State Property Fund brought against

AB Linas regarding recognition of the decisions adopted at the general

shareholders’ meeting void, also regarding increase of the authorised

capital out of company’s assets, authorisation of the head of administration

to register amendments to the Articles of Association.
