ISSUER’S TRIAL PROFIT/LOSS ACCOUNT AND SUMS PAYABLE



On 8 November 2000, the sitting of the Board of AB Kauno Energija approved

the balance sheet of the third quarter of 2000. The total amount of the sums

payable and liabilities exceeds the authorised capital 1.93 times. The result

of the company’s activities for  the accountable period is a loss of

LTL 27 646 683.
