PRELIMINARY FINANCIAL RESULTS OF THE COMPANY



According to the consolidated balance account:

1) the final financial result of the company for the period of nine months of

the current year was the profit of LTL 3,177,433.00;

2) if results of November are included, the overall financial result of the

company for 10 months of this year is a profit of LTL 4,487,452.00.
