REORGANISATION WAS ENDED



On 30 November 2000, a new wording of Articles of Association of

AB Pieno Žvaigždės was registered. The company’s authorised capital equals

LTL 45,025,451 and it is divided into 45,025,451 ordinary registered shares

with the par value of LTL 1, including 11,702,553 shares of agricultural

producers.

Reorganisation of AB Pieno Žvaigždės and AB Kauno Pienas by joining

AB Kauno Pienas which ceases its activities as a legal entity to

AB Pieno Žvaigždės which continues its activities is deemed over.
