DECISIONS ADOPTED AT THE SITTING OF THE SUPERVISORY COUNCIL



It was decided to appoint the following persons members of the Board of

AB Lietuvos Dujos:

J.Bivainis, Director of the Economy Institute of Lithuania;

 P.Čėsna, Director General of AB "Vilniaus baldų kombinatas";

R.Gerasimovas, Head of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Economy;

O.Juknevičienė, Counselor to the Prime Minister on issues of restructuring

and privatization of companies;

V.Poderis, Chairman of the Lithuanian Securities Commission.
