ACTIVITY OF AB ŪKIO BANKAS BRANCH IS TO BE CEASED



At the sitting of the Supervisory Board of AB Ūkio Bankas as of 29 January

2001, it was decided to cease the activity of AB Ūkio Bankas Kalniečiai Branch

as of 1 March 2001. Kalniečiai Branch will be reorganised into Kalniečiai Unit

of Customer Service, Kaunas Branch.
