CONVOCATION OF A GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING



On 31 March 2001 at 9:00, a general shareholders' meeting of

 AB "Vilniaus Vingis" will be held in the meeting hall of the company

located at Savanoriu 176, Vilnius.

On the agenda:

1)  annual report of the Board of the company for 2000;

2)  audit report for 2000;

3)  approval of financial statements for 2000;

4)  approval of the company's profit appropriation for 2000;

5)  approval of the company’s projected profit appropriation for 2001;

6)  use and  disposition of the company’s assets;

7)  selection of the audit company.
